Goal of the experiment is to find the relation between the voltage across a ceramic resistor and the current flowing through a circuit including the resistor.
We chose to use a low frequency function generator with bipolar outputs signals.
Current and voltage measurements, using 3 different resistors and both triangular and sinusoidal waveform, are performed .
- TI-89 or TI-92 graphing calculator
- 2 current/voltage sensors
- CBL2 or LabPro interface
- resistenze ceramiche
- function generator
GEORG SIMON OHM (1787- 1854) in 1826 discovered the law that bears his name.
In a 1827 paper entitled: “Galvanic treatment” published the results of his findings which were not understood by the BerlinAcademy, but were highly considered at european level.
In 1833 was promoted physics professor and later Head of Norimberg Politechnique.
In 1849 became professor at Munchen University.
